3003 Stamped Finned Water Cooling Plate 500x350x12mm For IGBT Power Module This water cooling plate uses a stamped fin field rather than a simple serpentine channel: the coolant passes through a dense array of stamped pins and straight fins that raise the wetted area and break up the boundary layer over the IGBT footprint.
